Our story
Amma's Grind isn't a factory โ it's our family kitchen in Belagavi, scaled up just enough to feed yours. We soak idli rice and urad dal, grind them slow on a traditional stone wet grinder so the batter never heats up, and let time โ not chemicals โ do the fermenting.
Four ingredients: idli rice, urad dal, fenugreek, rock salt. The result is a batter that pours silky, crisps golden, and rises soft. No soda. No sourness shortcuts. Just patience, in a pack.
