Amma's Grind isn't a factory โ€” it's our family kitchen in Belagavi, scaled up just enough to feed yours. We soak idli rice and urad dal, grind them slow on a traditional stone wet grinder so the batter never heats up, and let time โ€” not chemicals โ€” do the fermenting.
